hoo-hah in my mind :(

I wondered what folks think at the brink of geezer hood
Is there anything we cud retrieve other than water or food
Do bacteria or gastrotrich read and write life histories?
they live a life so scanty and short , with a stint of mysteries

Invariably i hated autobiographies , of late though up
i turned back 8760 pages of my life with monotony
Played few off notes on the strings with a bow
the violin gave a sound of a melancholic harmony

I'm gonna pack my bags and bid adieu in few days
but all the pages in my life book showed farewell remark
people come people go in every page ceaselessly
me the character so constant sailing in a bark

Phases are three, School so cool with pals playing gully cricket
studies and co-curriculars being the major element
high school gave friends so close, cherish till the book closes
list so huge, but bound closely with an adhesive cement

College, full of knowledge ,was a beautiful ikabena,
call it acquaintance of bright and brainy, or the profs so dedicated
be it the love from new friends or the friends from new love,
controls, signals, systems and vlsi made life so complicated

Career with a rapid gear, set with ping and shut no-shut,
T' was a true human networking of professionals getting linkedIn
From Mentors to Managers to friends cracking PJs to redolent cafeteria,
Delhi to Jaipur to gangapur city to Agra, in my mind every moment checkedIn!

Few years from now, people will remember each others on snaps,
Not sure if time can permit to say hello on phone or email,
Memories assist in peace of mind, after all they dont wear and tear,
I believe, we unlock our memories from the mind jail giving them bail!

This one is dedicated to all the lovely people who i met and will meet! I cherish every sweet memory in my life!
